"Incredible stay"

Incredible location, phenomenal staff, great food, great beach access and facilities

Our AC broke and took quite a while to get fixed, however the staff’s response was fantastic. They made sure we were looked after while we waited, and more than compensated for the inconvenience.

"Tolles luxuriöses Resort am Beach"

Wunderschönes und luxuriöses Resort direkt am Strand. Große und gemütliche Bungalows, tolle Anlage und super Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an warmen Speisen und Kontinentalen Frühstück, Eierspeisen und Kaffeevariationen. Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 10-15min Fußweg in den Ort, tags kostenloses shuttle. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Alles super, nur Kleinigkeiten: etwas dunkel im Zimmer wenn man abends lesen will ( nur 1 Leselampe am Bett). Alles in allem etwas zu teuer.

"A great resort in a prime location, and I would definitely come back."

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were courteous and professional, and the villa with a private swimming pool was excellent. I loved the wooden interiors, and the daily complimentary drinks and fruit were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is fantastic, facing what is arguably the best beach on the island at North Point. Shuttle services to and from Walking Street were easy to arrange, which was a big plus. Overall, this has been the best resort I’ve stayed at on the island so far.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no spa facility. For a five-star resort, this feels like a basic expectation. Breakfast was also fairly average, with limited variety and mostly Western options. It would be great to see more Thai local dishes and fresh fruit offered. I’d also strongly recommend using real fruit instead of packaged fruit juice for drinks.

Lokalita a ubytování. Mimořádně ochotný personál

Asi nejtvrdší postel, na jaké jsem spal. A kulátá postel. K ničemu. Až upraví postele, určitě se vrátíme

A localização e a simpatia dos funcionários.

Com chuva o acesso a pé ao alojamento é praticamente impossível, mas o hotel disponibiliza sempre transporte dentro de um horário fixo.
