The location is superb The staff were really kind and helpful, we felt very welcome!

We had a small issue with an animal entering the roof of our garden villa, but the manager was very supportive and quickly arranged a change of accommodation. Everything was handled in a short time, and we truly appreciated their prompt assistance.

The villa was beautifully designed and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and the bathroom was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The beach at the resort was stunning, with crystal clear blue water, definitely a highlight of the stay.

The prices at the resort are a bit higher compared to the rest of the island. Sometimes it was a little difficult to communicate with the staff, as their English was limited.

Emplacement magnifique, nous étions dans une villa avec piscine et nous avons tout adoré. Le personnel est très gentil. Le taxi est gratuit jusqu'au centre pendant la journée et payant dès 17h30 (50 bath par personne). Petit-déjeuner servi à table, très bon.

Nous étions venus sur l'île il y a 11 ans et le constat fut amer. Derrière ce décor extraordinaire, nous avons malheureusement assisté à un bien triste spectacle. Tous les matins, une quantité hallucinante de déchets jonchait la plage (plastiques en tout genre, bouteilles, filets, baril de bateau), rejeté par la mer. Les petits Bernards l'hermite se promènent sur les déchets.... aucune mesure n'est prise pour sauver les joyaux de la Thaïlande ! Le personnel de l'hôtel "nettoie" devant l'hôtel mais c'est tout. Cette pollution est juste catastrophique !

Bulow Casa was amazing, the rooms were so clean and a great size, the location was the best for watching the sunsets. The private pool was an added luxury. We ate at the restaurant every night for the beach BBQ had some delicious seafood. The staff went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed, and were so friendly. My teenagers enjoyed the cooking class and basically loved everything about the hotel and Koh Lipe. We will definitely come back.
