Bulow Casa Grand View Resort

The bungalows are gorgeous. We stayed in a garden one and it was lovely - super clean with great facilities. Food is fantastic too.

Value for money. It was definitely our most expensive stay in Thailand and whilst I know we were there for New Year, it’s missing the 5* touches you’d expect and that we recieved at similar rated hotels.

The staff was very friendly. The resort manager was exceptionally kind, capable, efficient and spoke English very well. The masseuses that came to the room were professional and very skilled. The room, pool, and beach view were stunning!

The staff was very kind, but did not speak much English in general which surprised me for the level of resort that this was. The only thing that may have made things easier is if more of the staff spoke English. :)

Friendly staff, room is clean, ala carte food not bad and the beach front room has the amazing view at sunset beach and you can snorkelling in no time.

Beautiful beach and nice bungalow but it doesn’t worth 1,500$ for 3 nights. For that price, you should be right on the beach with a private pool.

As we arrived nobody has met us. We had to ask a random staff from other hotels (cheaper than casa) where can we meet casa’s stuff. One them called someone and told that the staff is coming and we have to wait for 10 minutes at the same time other hotels representatives have met their guests. We were with a kid after 3 hours of speed boat ride. I wrote to hotel via app, but nobody answered. I was expecting another level of service for the money i paid. By the way we ordered extra bed for a kid and it costed 2500 batt. That’s too much!
