"Had a pool villa and they manage to mess up the pool."

The location is great. Snorkeling right in front of the hotel. Only a handful of boats on the beach. The shuttle service into the town is good.

The level of English from the staff is mediocre at best. Drinks take a very long time, coffee at breakfast takes at least 10 minutes. We had a pool villa. One day they did construction on the porch of one villa. That resulted in sawing dust being in all the pools (they ar connected). We told the staff, they had no idea what to do. The dust was too small to get it out of the water. So they put some extra cleaning stuff into the water. No idea what it was(it’s a saltwaterpool) Our daughter had an allergic reaction to it, my wife as well. My white polar watch turn yellow, one bikini from my wife also. Our daughter could get into water anymore also the sea. Sadly the staff is not competent and they handle problems not very good.

Prime location and beautiful bungalows

You pay mostly for the prime location. Most beautiful beach we've expirienced travelling Thailand for numerous times. If they want to be the high end hotel you pay for they need to level up.

"Please choose the room with private Pool ! Totally worth every penny"

Everything is perfect, the way back to resort was a bit muddy~ They took good care for every customers, providing free shuttle to walking street. Me and my girlfriend were there to celebrate her birthday, they did a nice dinner set up for us. Totally worth the stay, will consider to go back. The most memorable staff was the guy who fetch us every-time to walking street, he knows how to speak Malay, english too bad that i forgot his name.

Nothing !!! everyone is being helpful. Staff will greet you every time you passed by.
