The facility was upto the mark. But the staff and the view and the food was amazing

The facility was not upto the mark. There wss no electricity in the afternoon, no backup for electricity and the rooms were just ok

Liked the view and hospitalality. Very good view from balcony and homely atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is awesome and recommend to for this stay in ooty.

The worst experience which we have felt. While we enter to the reception,no one was there and after calling over phone one person has come. Heavy disturbing noice was there in connection with the maintenance works. After enter to the room, toilet light was not working. Instead of birth type bed shown in pic, they have provided two small beds. Finally we have escaped from there without checking and we lost our booking amount also. During the late night with family we have find out some other resort ( Planterspunchresort) and stayed piecefully. Anyway in any circumstances do not prefer this waste hoted which is running by some fraud people.
