"Good Hotel With Good staff Drizzle Drop In Ooty"

1.The staff were friendly and food was great. 2. Location of the hotel was beautiful. 3. There's enough parking space for cars 4 Garden and lights are beautiful attraction to the hotel 5 Near to Ooty Central Bus Stop. 6. The travel desk Karthik was very good person and we had a great sight seeing with him.

1.Room cleaning was done upon request. 2. They should have told me proactively about Travel desk facility that they have, when I spoke to them.

No towels, No coffee/tea/sugar. Bathroom window was open. Old clothes smell inside the room
