Mountain View cottage

I recently stayed at a hotel expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience, but unfortunately, it turned out to be quite disappointing. From the moment I checked in, the service felt unprofessional and disorganized. The staff took a long time to complete the check-in process and didn’t seem very welcoming.

The room itself was not clean as expected. There were stains on the bedsheet and the bathroom had a bad odor. Even basic amenities like towels and toiletries were missing and had to be requested multiple times.

​The room was decent enough (though it had a bit of a smell), but the service was completely unprofessional. The property is located in an incredibly narrow lane that barely fits a single car. ​The biggest issue was the staff's attitude. We were promised a two-wheeler for local errands (with us paying for petrol), but the person in charge later refused because we didn't order their overpriced food. When we tried to discuss this, the guy actually shouted at us, saying, "You can go talk to the owner!" and was extremely rude. Taking the time to write this so management knows they need to treat guests with basic respect.

They refused to give us towels. As we were 5 adults. But they gave only 2 towels and refused to give more. But we booked family room for 5 people 2+2 beds. TV was not working and Water leakage in the washroom.

The location were pretty good. The staffs were very comfortable to communicate.they provided hot water in the entire stay And the overall experience was good

The balcony view which they were mentioned in the description wasn't there
