Rude behaviour demands double amount than booking amount

Actually worst staying place we are choosed bcs ther is no hot water supply,ther is no proper lock on washroom,and sleeping bed was very old and not comfortable,toilet bathroom not cleaned,ther is no drinking water facility . totally such a worst place we people selected for staying place. Bcs staff also not responding for anything. Very old building and ther is no proper things for enjoying people.once visited people never come again your cottage and we won't recommend for anybody.
