Great Swimming pool and nice buggy ride to beach. Spacious rooms.

The food was awful and repetitive. Cleaning of the rooms was almost non existence. Night entertainment is Russian based and bizarre.

Small room size

This resort has the potential to be a perfect 10 out of 10, but several issues prevent me from giving it the highest rating. The majority of the staff are brilliant and very helpful, and the resort itself is spacious and wonderful for children.

Despite the resort’s emphasis on being family-friendly, smoking is allowed everywhere, even by the kids' pool. I was shocked and had to constantly relocate my boys to avoid the smoke. There are cats everywhere, including in the restaurants. This is very distracting for my three-year-old, who loves animals and was more interested in chasing the cats than eating his meals. The predominant language at the resort is German. While it’s great for German visitors, it’s disappointing that the kids’ programs are conducted in German. Offering them in English as well would make them more inclusive. The rooms are very outdated and in need of a significant upgrade. Additionally, you can hear every step and noise from outside the front door.

Beautiful grounds and buildings. Nice staff.

Truly horrible food. Even simplest dishes cooked terribly, especially meat. After a few days the guests were lining up to get a few edible options. It was pure shame to serve people food like this.

The room was nice, pools were great and entertainment excellent. Food was varied and good. Staff was very friendly and open.

The beds were a little too hard. Restaurants on property (not inclusive ones) were only open certain days and also dependant on how many people made bookings.

Everything was great, the staff are friendly specially the Everything was wonderful from the workers, especially in the main restaurants, the cleaners, and room service. The experience will definitely be repeated. I would like to extend my thanks to the workers, Halil and Rashad, and the other Turkish and Azerbaijani workers.
