VONRESORT Golden Beach & Aqua - Kids Concept-Ultra All Inclusive

The beach, the staff, the suit, aqua parks and the swimming pools

I had a parking car problem, there was no space to park the car that was the only thing not good about it but it doesn’t effect the resort value

Reaching to hotel was easy. Beach was ok. Workers were friendly.

Everything was too far away. The package was all inclusive but for pizza you had to walk for 4 minutes. If you are staying vonresort beach hotel you can not use every facility at the beach Side. It was like discrimination :) Cook women were shouting me that I was not allowed to eat there. Food quality was also low. Water in the aquapark side was not clean.

The resort was so very clean. It was gorgeous with beautiful flowers and trees everywhere. There were plenty of children's play areas, bars, and toilets. Everywhere was so clean. The beach wasn't too far to walk, but there was a regular shuttle that would ferry us there and back. The food at the restaurant was good, there was plenty to choose from, however I wasn't sure there were any dairy free options among the desserts which was a problem for us.

The rooms, although very clean, were rather tired and dated. The first room we stayed in had a terrible sewage smell from the bathroom, which I thought might have been something you might expect. However, after having to move rooms because of a persisting problem with ants in the children's bed (yes, that happened), we found our new room without such a problem. We were VERY disappointed to find the aqua Park was closed until May (the aqua park was the reason I chose the resort). Perhaps it was a good thing because the pools were soooooo very cold!

Great resort, lots of green spaces, beautiful territory, well-maintained, food was delicious with lots of options.

No signs to separate vonresort golden beach hotel facilities VS vonresort elite, or victory hotel that is nearby. You go to the beach, and you are told to move to another section apparently it's victory not golden beach. You go to blue bar or other bars there, and apparently it's vonresort elite. Another thing thar was uncomfortable beach towels were in the spa which is far away from the beach and pools. They should be in the pools beach area.

-beach was really cool -room was amazing but I didn't have a coffee machine or a cattle -buffet was amazing and full -pools were really nice

the reception stuff was really rude , it felt like they're just saying no incase , I had to negotiate for 3 days to get a late check out and the never gave a final answer until last moment ! they were always like come tomorrow , we are not sure or our hotel is fully booked , at the end they gave me a different room because supposedly my room was booked but it was not actually

Noting Everything sold by euros and too expensive

There are mostly kids but even popcorn and cotton candy sold for 2 euros If it’s a kids place those little stuf should be free for customer appreciation Have to pay for video games noting free at that resort And not enough parking space
