Stayed in Room ES 4 and the AC was noisy when the temp setting is adjusted from 7 to 8 The internet connection was not very slow to support browsing and the connection is not available once inside the room. Not many options for healthy food. They only provide 1 super tiny and thin soap(motel type) and 1 sachet of shampoo on the first day. They never replenish it, i have to ask. Rooms will not be cleaned everyday. The toilet seat location is too close to the shower floor where the shower floor is lower, ended up shitting my other feet on the shower(lower floor) and other feet on the higher floor.

One of the staff members named Diane had a cat, our daughter gave the cat some food and suddenly they took the cat away without saying anything, it’s not a good attitude, also unfriendly no goodmorning or anything. They broke off the bar for renovations I think, without any warning or saying anything to us. The location was okay if you have a own car, but not a big one because it almost does not fit at the private parking place.

The management must review their policy regarding breakfast included. They had plated breakfast! Fine. But no coffee or tea included!!! Must pay extra for a cup of coffee/tea
PHI like the overall of resort simple but complete it's like a mini private since there was no other stay in guest during our stay. My son did also fishing since its near a port.location for those who want to relax the place is best

Wifi needs to be improved, TV should have netflix instead, though the AC works good, it needs an upgrade to be efficient
