The staff are very friendly.

The staff were all very helpful and polite.

We found two cockroaches in the bathroom and my two friends are terrified of them. Also, the parking area got a bit crowded during the weekend that it was a hassle getting out a couple of times.

not to lie, the resort has a good location, problem is that, the resort wasnt being maintained properly, i see cobwebs, lights not working

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the location was quite far from the city, requiring a 15-20 minute moped ride to get there, I found it to be a nice and peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. However, I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned even once during my week-long stay. Despite this, the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were satisfactory.
