"Fabulous location, room and staff"

The staff (especially Jamie) were friendly and helpful always. Our room was an end room with fabulous views of the lagoons. Loved being able to snorkel from the beach.

Breakfast could have been better.

They got private beach, however it is not allow to swim and it is permanent close due to crocodiles

The staff were very friendly, great location, clean, comfortable and a great breakfast.

The TV didn’t work but that’s ok as there was so much to do there TV would have been a waste of our time

Close to all you need, shops and restaurants. Spacious rooms with beautiful views. Breakfast was great, changed up each day and staff were all really helpful and friendly.

Booked specifically for the on-site snorkelling and beach area to swim. On arrival noticed the beach is closed for swimming due to a guest being bit by a crocodile.

* The staff were Amazing, could not be more helpful * Great location * Great ocean room view * Very reasonable laundry charges

* Rooms had no storage cupboards to suit an 8 night stay * Home reef had crocodile warning signs - really? Was this to promote the offshore day tours * US$22 per person airport transfer one way was excessive - would expect complimentary. * No breakfast egg station for 3 days - was this due to the large holiday group or an island shortage - eggs remarkably reappeared once group departed * Hotel should not allow guests to use dining room wearing inappropriate clothing ie g-string bikinis and revealing tops/swimwear * We had to request toilet to be unblocked on two occasions

"Professional Friendly Staff and Great Snorkeling"

The staff was amazing. Anna, RG, Jane, Rachel, Bella, Jean Carlo.... The staff help answer any questions or problems you might have. They are friendly and professional at all times. Thank you sincerely for making our honeymoon magical.

That the beach bar was closed. It would have been nice if it was open at least on Friday and Saturdays. The hotel does offer meal options, but we couldn't find any reviews on it. So we chose not to eat there because it was a set menu with a set price. It isn't an advertised restaurant in the evenings.
