První den jsem nahlásil nefunkčnost TV a Wi-Fi na pokoji a do odjezdu se to nevyřešilo

The front desk staff were lovely and very eager to help. They are a great asset to the hotel.

The breakfast was plentiful but there was very little that was appealing. On the first two days there were bananas then after that no fruit, other than segments of orange. I realise the islander must import a lot of things and that must be expensive but there was nothing appealing. I know other guests felt this way too.

Location, location and views, snorkelling from the hotel beach and at Long Island over the road, helpful staff, balcony, room size, big bed, proximity to eating options, tours and local bus.

Towel rails would have been great and a coffee machine in room. Loved the breakfast buffet - would have been even better with more fresh fruit, alternative milks and less red meat dishes.

Awesome beach connected to the hotel for swimming and snorkeling lots of different fish right at hotel. Staff were all so nice and lovely had a great stay here would book again

A perfect location for snorkelling and kayaking with your own private beach and easy access to the crystal clear waters in the lagoon! (Where we found a sunken Zero fighter from WW2!) Loved our stay. Palau is amazing!

Pool just needs a bit of an update!

Loved the location and private beach. Amazing. Ultimately it was the staff that made it so great - so helpful and friendly and they helped organise balloons and a cake for my son’s birthday which he loved.

Very little

Location - central to all aquatic operators, restaurants and local convenience stores. The hotel has its own little beach where you can swim as well as access to reasonable snorkeling with large clams and fish life out front. The front desk staff were a highlight as they were super friendly and helpful.

The smell in the elevator! The price is OTT, but is in line with Palau…..
