"Great location but unkind staff"

Hotel beach was very nice, location island also good with markets and restaurants within walking distance

Even though I was staying only until 11pm at night due to my fligjt and that the hotel was absoluty EMPTY, hotel manager didn't allow me to do early check-in without paying a $60 dollar fee

"Water murky and staff trying to scam you"

Big room

Airport transfers would have been 44$ for one person. Excessive price. Snorkeling in front of their beach very bad, almost no visibility. Speed boats coming in with insane speed into the bay. Very dangerous for swimmers. Even though we asked before where we can swim, nobody warned about those crazy speed boats. We needed a SIM card. Lady at the reception tried to sell us one for 25$ !!! SIM cards in Palau cost 10 $ with already 8GB of data. We had a very bad experience with lots of scams in the Philippines just before coming to Palau. So having most of the hotel staff being from Philippines and witnessing this tried scam for SIM card, we cannot trust this hotel. AC super noisy. Neighbours smoking on balcony, so smoke ended up in our room when trying to get fresh air

-The beach, the greenery hills - one of the few hotels with a beach -Big rooms - extremely friendly staff

-The breakfast was horrible (in European standards) And no tropical fruits (beside oranges), no genoiseseries, no cappuccino - too expensive for what it is. Not good value for money.
