had a very bad experience with Kinara Homestay booked through Booking.com. At the time of booking, it was clearly mentioned that payment would be made at the property during check-in. However, before my arrival, the staff from Kinara Homestay called me and demanded full payment in advance. They also threatened to cancel my booking if I did not pay immediately. I informed them that the booking terms clearly state payment at check-in and requested them to coordinate with Booking.com. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to listen and cancelled my booking without my consent. Additionally, I tried contacting Booking.com customer support, but I did not receive any response, which made the situation even worse. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I request Booking.com to take strict action against such properties and ensure that customers are not harassed like this. I strongly do not recommend Kinara Homestay due to their poor behavior and lack of respect for booking terms.

A quiet place

There is no public transport close by and it is far from town

Breakfast is very good. it is delicious. and it's on time. and it was till 11.30, thats' the good part and it's spread breakfast.
