Large modern room and bathroom. Very close to the beach.

The water leaked out of the shower area into the common bathroom area. Otherwise all good.

The cafeteria area is very bad , rain water leakage from everywhere

Location was ok

Booked a superior room with TV and Spa bath. Nothing worked and they were aware of this fact as neither remotes for tv and AC needed to be asked for? Bath never used as would have taken for ever to fill. Nice place and bar staff friendly. Make plans to go somewhere else if possible.

The location and staff. Staff behaviour was amazing and really helpful. The location is on the beach. Specially Khushali was very helpful.

Our stay at New Common Home was nothing short of amazing – comfortable, welcoming, and so much fun! The staff were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time. A special shoutout to Sarang, who was always vibing with such positive energy – his presence genuinely uplifted the mood and made us enjoy every moment even more. Raj and Sarang paid great attention to our needs, which made the experience feel personal and thoughtful. Also, heartfelt thanks to Didi for her warmth and kindness – she graciously extended our stay by a day when we were stranded due to the rain. Truly grateful for the hospitality and care. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again!
