New Common Home

Location was good and room was clean. Bathroom was spacious. Liked the balcony above.

Most of the stuff who seemed from north India, were not friendly, seemed like they like the foreign travellers more than Indians. Only one stuff and the receptionist were communicating and responding properly with smile, others seem not liking to communicate with Indian travelers.

It is right at the beach, which is a very beautiful beach in Goa. It’s located close to the “secret” beach with the big rocks (you probably have seen a lot of images of this online).

The bathmat/carpet in front of the door wasn’t fresh and clean for the new guests (it seemed they didn’t change from the previous guests). It would be great if they can add a fridge and a kettle in the room.

The hotel was on the beach front a few steps from the sea.

Even the trip got off to a very bad start and I couldn’t have the beachfront cottage I wanted and had to find a new property, the manager helped to search some other properties by accompanying me and bargaining in my behalf for a better rate.

I arrived there and was told they couldn’t find my reservation which was extremely frustrating and disappointing especially as they had replied to me about question via the chat. A terrible experience for a holiday and one I have never encountered.

Property is excellent and it’s maintained very well
