New Common Home

Location was superb. We were greeted warmly by the host and our first meal was great. Our rooms were beach view and only a few steps onto the beach. Breakfast was fine if a little repetative but overall good

The entire place needs updating. The frontage compared with others along the beach appeared run down, the bathrooms were in need of refurbishment and updating. Our beach huts were 50metres from the main complex which was not an issue and the man in attendance was very smiley and attentive. However, our huts were close to a walk through from the beach and there was disguarded rubbish which caused an issue. With a little attention to updating bathrooms and generally clearance it could be better.

Sea front bungalows need some renovation, they are more expensive than garden rooms with side sea view, but the last ones are in much better condition, after renovation

Restaurant staff behaviour.

Spacious beach front cottages and rooms. The beach was just 50m away. Courteous and super helpful staff, good food and ample parking facility is available.

The cottages we were assigned were almost 100-150m away from the main reception area - at a different premises. The main area houses only superior/king cottages which also has an attached/beachfront restaurant/shack. So if you need anything, you either walk upto the restaurant/reception or call them on the phone and they will get it delivered. It would have been better if it was in the same premises.
