"It was nice, nice staff, could be a bit more clean."

Nice location, close to the beach. Big rooms with kitchen.

It wasn’t clean, we need to change linen as there were dirt.

"Honeymoon time wasted on hotel Coordination"

The location was great!

I was charged for breakfast, and wasn’t informed that breakfast was part of my package already. I stayed from 4-8 Dec since the property had some mismanagement administratively. We mutually agreed that I should cancel from 8-11 Dec. even after cancelling from my end, after their request, they put it as “guest did not show up”. I am a super regular with booking.com, at Level 3 and have never had a problem with my stay ever. Despite the high reviews, this place made my honeymoon and experience that had a lot of time waste due to coordination!

"Overpriced with lack of proper ammenities"

1. Near to the beach

1. Shaky huts. One person walks and the whole hut is shaking 2. Uncomfortable beds and lack of proper wardrobes 3. Pillow foams are all lumpy and will give you a headache 4. Very less light in the bathrooms. There is no option to keep your toiletries anywhere 5. We got electric shock in the running water with the geyser on. Many others experienced it as well due to a faulty connection. Spent one entire day without hot water and thankfully we survived as the shock wasn't severe. 6. Food is just average 7. Towels are so rough, it will peel off your skin. 8. Bedsheets are not cotton and polyester based. It surely didn't feel good and comfortable

Food, staff, location

The cp categories of room are located at a totally different place. It's in a lane surrounded by slum no proper entry .. the surrounding stinks .. the room is like a slum hut.. only a latch to close the door.. AC doesn't cool enough.. the bathroom door is horrible.. there were insect in the bathroom because there were hole in the wooden structure.. no hooks to hang clothes.. a plastic cupboard.. The people and food is good.. but don't choose the cp category.. that's not their main resort .

Booked two rooms.. Sea view cottage was not that great. Sea side view room is excellent Food quality must improve
