SPA Resort St Ivan Rilski - Halfboard & All Inclusive

Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Our rooms were spacious. The spa facilities were nice. The kids club and the area where we waited for the kids were very nice. There was music at dinner every evening. The lobby on the first floor was also enjoyable. Many thanks especially to Mr. Ibrahim at the reception.

The pool was crowded at sometimes.

❌ Food variety and taste – While you won’t go hungry, the weekday food options were limited, and the flavors lacked seasoning and spices. The selection was more diverse and enjoyable on weekends. ❌ Shuttle service timing – More frequent trips during peak hours would improve convenience.

The property is all that you might need from a 5* Spa Resort. Besides the staff which were always eagerly helping you, the hotel rooms were amazing, clean, well stocked with all that you need. The spa is also very nice, you can explore three dry saunas, two wet saunas and also a Turkish bath. Inside and outside heated pools and jacuzzis. I will most definitely visit this location in the near future.

The hotel had a ski shuttle to the main gondola parking, but it can be improved by changing the location of the drop off, to the top gondola station parking. This way as a customer you can avoid the big queues at the gondola.

We booked it for a ski trip with friends and it was the best choice! I celebrated my birthday and they waited me with champagne, plus an extra bottle of wine. I really appreciated this! The food is delicious and there are plently of choices, the room was clean and very spacious, the staff very friendly. They have an amazing spa. During the day or after dinner we spent time together at the lounge and lobby and we really felt cozy. I totally recommend it for couples or group of friends and I would definitey come back!❤️

We booked 3 days in this hotel and ended up staying 5 because we did not want to leave. The food is good, the spa is amazing but most of all the staff members are just incredibly nice and helpful and will do anything to make your stay nice. We would absolutely love to stay here again!!
