Thermal pools, saunas, cleanliness, shuttle facility, kindness and professionalism of reception staff especially of Mr. Hlia

-The bathroom was clean but needs renovation(head shower needed replacement) -Rooms are not soundproof

The pool and the jacuzzi outside were definitely not enough for such a big hotel. The dinner was delicious, but there weren't good vegetarian options

Friendly staff. Delicious food, comfortable rooms with the best beds, the SPA area was big and quiet.

Everything was great for our stay. The room was big and warm with all the facilities needed. For the breakfast&dinner we had good diversity and the food was fresh each day. The Spa area is big enough and we had a great experience to relax after a full day on the slopes. The hotel provides bus shuttle to the slopes every 15 mins so even though is about 15 minutes walking from the ski lift, the hotel still offers the shuttle option for free.

Really a pleasent surprise to find such a nice hotel and great reception staff, all speaking good english, ready to help you. I arrived late in the night, around 2:30 am and they were waiting for me with a sandwiches, fruits and water.

Acytually, I dont have anything to comment. Or maybe there would be something: the spa is too crowded, but I guess thats a sign that the hotel is good :)

The hotel is renovated with big and clean rooms. The breakfast has so many options of quality food as also the dinner. The staff is always willing to help you. For sure we will stay there again and again.
