Construction during the day and recreation area needs updating .

Staff was so nice!

They need to allow leaves to accumulate so new dirt is formed… study permaculture for adding new soil to the ground. DO not do construction projects when guests are sleeping. Service at Restaurant was slow. Boat was not operational. Unhealthy snacks in room. Ping pong and rec area needs updating and refreshing…. Kind of “tired”. Need to tell guests what to visit nearby… we missed a temple cause we did not know it was just down the road..but passed it on way to the airport.

Very nice place, nice staff, clean and confortable.

The whole place was beautiful. The rooms were immaculate and smelled beautiful of the auryvedic products in the bathroom. The views were lovely and I had an amazing massage. The hosts were lovely and food delicious. The perfect place to stay near the airport with peace and tranquillity around.

The gardens and setting are beautiful. Liked the room - we were top floor so nobody walking past the window, felt very private.

My one major complaint is this. When advertising the accommodation it would be good to know how close the nearest Mosque is. The reason for this is simple, I do not need to be woken up at 4.45am every morning with a call to pray. If the hotel includes this info then I can choose if I stay there or not.

Very relaxing peaceful and a beautiful serene location- clean and excellent new accommodation very spacious would definitely recommend and would return

Still building work in progress but not the fault of the project so some noise and smells from the roofing bro h fixed but didn’t put is off

Everything - peaceful and quiet, great facilities, spotlessly clean, attentive and polite staff, fabulous location for the airport, cannot fault this hotel, it’s fabulous

Loved everything

Good breakfast and the swimming pool was much appreciated. The room was very nice and clean.

As tourists, we could have done with a bit more information about the area. There was no information pack in our room and we didn't even find out that Cochin has a great metro system for 2 days.
