Location is perfect. Room size is also good.

Toilet flush was not working so it is not acceptable . THen after switching off lights, i could see many cockroaches roaming around. So it was scary. Our room was on first floor so difficult to lift luggage without lift. But their staff helped us to shift luggage. Breakfast was Average.
