Munnar Ice Queen Resorts

We loved this hotel, if you are staying in Munnar. Then this hotel is the place to stay! The hotel staff and manager treated us like we where family! From helping us get to our bus back to Kochi too friendly service during dinner. Also very clean and the wifi is very good! We will definitely be staying here again!

Nothing we didn't like.

Friendly staff and big clean rooms with a balcony. Air con and wifi worked well. Lovely scenery. Very limited soft drinks are on offer and we only discovered as we were leaving that the tap water is very thoroughly filtered. Munnar is a very spread out location and the hotel was fairly isolated so we ate at the hotel both nights. Restaurant is pleasant but very characterless. Seems most people must just order room service. The food itself was fine though.

Our room was spacious and clean, making our stay here very comfortable. The property is situated out of the town, but there is a restaraunt on site at reasonable prices. The owner and staff were all very polite, helpful and organised a great driver to help us with our sightseeing.

the owner and staff were really accommodating, the room we had was big and clean and had great views. the beds were so comfortable! they are building a pool and made sure we were far from the noise and comfortable. the breakfast and dinner we had were delicious.

it is a bit far from Munnar so you need a car or scooter. scooter rental is possible but you have to get to Munnar first to get it

We stayed at this resort for 3 days. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant on the resort was quite handy and had a wide selection of menus though it was a bit pricey. Staffs were friendly. Mr. Anoop from the restaurant team was very attentive and helpful. Recommend this resort.
