Well maintained.

Location was far from Munnar city centre.

Everything! Awesome location, welcoming and helpful staff, calm environment, comfy rooms with a great view, and good food.

Nothing that I didn’t like.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very nice. Everybody is very very attentive. The cooking was excellent and the parotta exceptional. Thank you very much, Namasté 🙏

The staff was super helpful, friendly and accommodating! The room was new and comfortable. The environment around was quiet and we could see some of the hills.

The bathroom could have better exhaust and the fan in the bedroom was dangling a little bit. But these are minor things!

Clean hotel, with helpful staff. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise. There is a lovely communal terrasse overlooking the hills.

A bit noisy at times due to surrounding construction work but in general a peaceful location in the middle of nature.

The road to reach the resort is too narrow

The staff were most hospitable, Mr Vinu assisted us, starting from confirming our booking to helping with directions. Mr Sudhakar upgraded our room to an excellent family deluxe room with valley views and they also directed us to a local jeep for local sightseeing who went above and beyond to show us the beauty of the place.

The location to reach this property is confusing as google maps suggests a shortcut which is too steep and dangerous for normal cars. Also, the menu doesn't have Maggi.

Cleanliness, peace and staff behavior is excellent Will definitely come back
