Munnar Ice Queen Resorts

We had a lovely stay. The restaurant serves excellent food, the staff was extremely friendly helped us book transport and day trips, the pool gives a welcoming break from the heat. The room was very clean, definitely value for money.

The staff are very attentive. The food is delicious and very nice to have on site. It is nice to relax by the poolside. It is just over 10km from Munnar where we started our trekking tour so needed a 30 min tuk tuk costing 500 rupees each way for this but we were assisted by hotel staff to arrange any required transport.

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Excellent facilities and clean room.

Was very relaxing time. Amazing to have pool in front my cottage. Food was good. The staff took care of all my needs 5 stars all round. . Thankyou all.

We liked all the aspects of our stay there. Our room was large and comfortable. Our dinners and breakfasts were served at the time of our convenience in a very cozy place, external to our room, with a superb view of the mountain range. The large distance to Munnar allows this place, considered at first by us to be a disadvantage, has turned out finally to be an asset. The ride to Munnar is very picturesque and the morning walking to the dam was a pleasure. The hospitality of the staff was exemplary. We plan to return to this place.

Staff was good, the manager Vinu was helpful right from the point we made the booking, he personally called me and asked if we needed any assistance. The location is exquisite, we stayed in room 1009, recommend this room if you like bird watching. Early mornings are best for bird watching from the balcony. The property is located next to various spices plantations and a valley, so they views will always please you. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to all, it's a steal deal at the price they offer.
