Munnar Ice Queen Resorts

The road to the property is very poor. We were shocked to see the condition to be so bad. I would highly encourage the property to fix the road in coalition with other resorts near by.

The room was clean but very close to the reception which meant that there was a lot of noise. Spacious room but the balcony didn’t have a mountain view as mentioned in the description.

Far too far out! If you have a car great but if not it’s in the middle of nowhere. They are located at 30 minutes from Munnar by tuk tuk and a good 5 to 10 minutes by tuk tuk from the nearest agglomeration. The breakfast was scarce 1st day was a buffet with hardly any choice at all and the second day was “ a la carte” where I got a small glass of watermelon juice and 2 small dosas with sambar and coconut sauce. I had to ask for my chai and the waiter had forgotten about it. I could also not get a second helping of dosas
