The location is nice, not on a main road, just like many other hotels nearby. The staff were hospitable and could respond to our requests, such as preparing breakfast a bit later since our group went on a trip in the morning. Communication before arrival was also good. The food was prepared fresh so it took time to get it.

There was mold in the bathroom and some people from our group complained about the sheets' cleanliness. The pool was not clean and the pump was not working so it couldn't be used. The food was decent, but nothing special. The confirmation of the reservation and the pre-payment took some time.

Lovely clean hotel with great breakfast and wonderful staff. A place to relax and explore Munnar. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable bed, great room, beautiful bedding. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Lovely pool and very friendly welcome Restaurant staff were especially excellent and the food was delicious

We liked everything Suggestion - a few more loungers by the pool and outdoor seating for the evenings :)

Clean, fresh, nice swimming pool, great staff, great shower, spacious. Nice restaurant, though most people ate in rooms.
