The property was a perfect getaway from the heatwave. The staff was very friendly and warm, making our little staycation just perfect

Breakfast and dinner we ate at the resort. The food was good

The Bakery stuff, like croissants,etc need improvement.

Price is very high . Cost shld be reasonably for food

Lush green environment & sprawling campus

Safety measures at swimming pool were not up to the mark. There was no life guard. Even after sunset the side lights were not switched on hence there were many dark patches

The rooms were comfortable and Ala Carte food was good, but that's just about the only good things

The buffet was disappointing and lacked the quality it used to be when it was still owned by Radisson. Also, some of the things like cycles that were complimentary back then are now chargeable and not in a decent way. The Spa rates have also gone up by 40 to 60 percent. Also, I had informed the resort multiple times well in advance that the booking was to celebrate my anniversary and the room needed to be decorated, but nothing of that done.
