Facilities it provided were good

Food quality was not so good, less options. Cold food. My car was parked by valet under a tree, the car really got extremely dirty & the valet was not even apologetic. Very poor experience

Our recent stay at the Taj Alibaug was truly exceptional. We had initially booked a deluxe room, but the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to a private villa—an expansive, stunning space that elevated our entire experience. The highlight for both my wife and me was the spa—it was hands down the best we’ve ever experienced, setting a new benchmark in both service and relaxation. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday, and the team made it incredibly special with thoughtful room decorations that made the day even more memorable. While the dining menu could offer a few more options, the staff went out of their way to serve dishes not even listed, demonstrating a truly guest-centric approach. Overall, it was a comfortable, luxurious stay, and we’re deeply grateful for their outstanding hospitality.
