Отель очень ухоженный, чистый и комфортный. Персонал замечательный. Все работники очень приветливы и внимательны. Еда выше всяких похвал. Выбор блюд чудесный, а вкус это просто песня! С открытой террасы отеля открывается живописный вид на бухту.

Отель расположен на возвышенности и дорога к морю не очень комфортная, а назад это вообще испытание. Для пожилых людей и не слишком активных это может стать проблемой. У отеля нет своего пляжа, поэтому приходилось пользоваться общественным пляжем, где зонтики и лежаки платные. Анимация в отеле как бы и присутствует, но она только на французском языке и только для французских туристов, которые купили путевку через своего оператора, поэтому другим туристам скучновато, особенно вечером.

Ruuat olivat hyviä. Hotellin sijainti Balin keskustassa oli hyvä.

Rakennus oli vanha ja huoneessamme oli torakka. Henkilökunta ystävällisesti vaihtoi meille toisen huoneen. Bookingin kuvissa näkyi tenniskenttä ja myös se oli mainittu aktiviteeteissa, mutta tenniskenttää ei enää ollut vaan sen tilalle oli rakennettu lasten leikkipuisto. Vesipuisto piti olla auki klo 18 asti, mutta yhtenä päivänä se ei ollut auki enää klo 16, kun olisimme sinne menneet.
