Les boissons du tout inclus beaucoup trop sucrées Un repose bagage serait le bienvenu dans les chambres. Vérifier les écoulements et détartrer les robinets et pommeau de douche.

Très bon accueil. Hotel Très agréable en famille. Restauration de qualité, diversifiée pour tous les goûts. Le personnel attentionné. Le grand parking à proximité.

La douche qui n'était pas suffisamment protégée et qui inondait la salle de bain. Les boissons du tout inclus qui n'étaient pas d'une grande qualité.

Az elhelyezkedés nagyon jó, csodás panoráma a szobákból és az étteremből, bárból. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet, tiszta és kényelmes szobák. Az ételek ízletesek voltak, helyi specialitásokkal gazdagítva. Azt gondolom, mindenki talál kedvére valót a választékban.

Очень понравилось отдыхать в этом отеле. Всё чисто и очень уютно. Питание было супер. Очень большой выбор блюд. Персонал всегда готов помочь. В день приезда в номере нас ждал сюрприз в виде бутылки вина,местных сладостей и фруктов. Очень было приятно. Можно смело выбирать этот отель для отдыха.

Мы не курящие,и поэтому очень напрягает,когда соседи курят на балконе. Весь дым получается у тебя в номере. Можно было бы сделать какую то отдельную территорию для курящих. Пусть там собираются и травят друг друга.

Merinäköala oli kiva. Hotelli oli myös siisti ja paljon parkkipaikkoja autoille.

Huoneen äänieristys, meluisa ravintola, ei hissejä, eka huoneen sänky kivikova ja suihkusta vesi valui koko kylppäriin. Hankala ja raskas kulku viereiseen hotellirakennukseen. All inclusive juomavalikoimaan olisin toivonut gin tonicia vaikka paikallisestakin ginistä.

Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, alles sauber, bestens.

Weniger gefallen hat uns der Speiseraum. Sehr groß, wirkt kühl, nicht gerade freundlich, Atmosphäre wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Sehr störend empfanden wir den beim Abendessen teilweise sehr lauten Geräuschpegel, durch die Vielzahl der Gäste, aber insbesonders durch einige Gruppen von Franzosen, die sehr dafür gesorgt haben, dass die Lautstärke auf ein absolut unangenehmes Maß anstieg.

A lovely hotel! Nice rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff and a variety of swimming pools.

This is a great hotel, but it is not 4 stars, but 3 because it is not very clean and new. The room is nice, but it lacks extra things to be really great, such as a hook for hanging towels and especially glass so that the water does not come out and wets the entire shower room. I am an elderly woman and I was constantly afraid of slipping because the floor was always wet. The hotel consists of several buildings and there are very sharp slopes (and without any railings!) So it is really not a recommended hotel for adults with mobility difficulties. For some reason, all the information and activities are in French, meaning that we, tourists who know English, simply had no information about the spa treatments and most of the activities (bingo, songs etc) were not for us because we did not understand a word. In addition, the food at breakfast is delicious and there is a lot to choose from , but there is no change. We stayed for a week and not one dish has been altered , everything is exactly the same.

* Location - Bali has beautiful beaches and beach bars * Nicely furnished room (same as on photos) * View of the hotel/apartment window to sea * Waterpark looks amazing * Lovely staff * Really tasty food with big variety (we had all-inclusive)

* Shower box design without barriers is not the best (impossible not to spray water everywhere in the bathroom). * Dining area was a bit too noisy for us (no sound barriers), huge number of people in one place * Absence of a gym (not really a negative point, but would be nice to have extra type of entertainment)
