Staff were great, especially the animation team

Shower pressure was weak

-The staff is very kind and helpful. No bad comments about them. They do a great job. -The location is great. Good Parking possibilities. -Very quiet. -Great Balconies.

There was no internet in the room. The family suits are not clean. Especially not the toilets. Roast and lime were on metallic surfaces. The Toilet was not clean either. When asking for shampoo products we got the answer that they are "out" and we should check the supermarket near the hotel. The water in the toilet had to be pushed with a window cleaner to the water drain (which was full all the time), Hence the Bathroom was permanently under water. Food: The drinks at the restaurant but also by the pool taste like low quality and the variety is very small. The Food was okey but the variety was the same. Basically the same food every day. Sometimes they changed the main menu to Asian, italian or Greek food. But 90% of the rest remained the same. Breakfast was good and fresh. Desert: Tasted like frozen products. Hence in one week, we skipped 3 meals and ate outside.

Despite the short stay, we appreciated the friendly personnel and very good breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and there is enough parking space at the hotel.

We were getting squeezed orange juice in all hotel breakfasts during the week and then here you must pay for it.

The location is amazing it is in the middle of the village everything is close the food is great the staff very friendly and fun the rooms are really beautiful overall it's one of if not the best hotel in bali. It also has a spa that i didnt get the time to make use of but next time i definitely will.

Very nice staff always there to help. (Important) Everything was so clean! That’s what the most we are looking for !! I’m happy for visiting with my family!!

Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Amazing location, exceptional breakfast and most importantly very silent. Highly recommend!

Incredible place. I would recommend it to everyone. I am sure I will visit it again.
