Unser Bungalow war gross, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Vot allem das grosse Bad, aber auch die grosszügige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool haben uns sehr gefallen! Wir hatten Glück und waren fast die einzigen Gäste; somit hatten wir fast wie eine Privataufenthalt mit sehr nettem Personal!

Leider gab es öfters Früchte aus dem Kühlschrank serviert; auch die Fruchtsäfte wurden oft aus tiefgekühlten Früchten zubereitet.

La comida fue absolutamente deliciosa. Tanto el desayuno como las comidas y cenas. Enhorabuena al cook. El hecho de que tengan un rescue centre asociado es fantástico, son muy animal friendly y para una animal lover fue una experiencia muy bonita tener a todos los gatos tan felices alrededor.

Quizás el nivel de limpieza pudiera subir un poco pero estaba todo muy aceptable.

On a positive note: the views are nice. The resort is nicely decorated and looks good in the Instagram photos.

The beginning was promising, but after only two days - literally - we ran away from this hotel. I was bitten by bed bugs. Despite using repellents, large fluid-filled blisters appeared only on the exposed parts of my body when I was sleeping. And what about the service? Complete lack of empathy and understanding. Instead, I was met with a barrage of lies: it was my fault for not using insect repellent, and they implied that I must have been at the beach in the evening, etc. Furthermore, after contacting the owner, they promised to refund the remaining two days via Booking.com, provided I did not leave a negative review. Booking.com contacted the property on my behalf multiple times, but ultimately remained silent and of course I did not receive a refund. I am used to adventures and unexpected circumstances when traveling, but this was the first time I had encountered such poor customer service, especially at a hotel that advertises a certain standard (and the prices that go with it). At the pharmacy in Singapore, the pharmacist was very surprised that I did not receive any medical attention. the food in the restaurant (which you are forced to use because there are no other options) is supposedly local, but seems more geared towards tourists

The rooms are very comfortable and they supply you with extras like nice beach towels, umbrellas if it rains, lots of drinking water, free, paddle boards, and kayaks…

I had some sand fly bites so just be catious when allergic and you go walk on the beach - staff was really nice about it and share recommendations to treat the bites

Nice environment, close to the beach, good view, nice rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

No cleaning of the room whatsoever (we were staying 4days). The restaurant was very slow and not organised whatsoever.

The feel of the hotel is completely chilled out, relaxation. It felt very authentic. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms spacious, and was great to have outdoor seating space right there on the beach. We enjoyed using the canoes to paddle to the island opposite seafront. The tide coming and going made for interesting changes in seascape, and we got glimpses of how stunning the sunsets could be. The staff were lovely. The resort lovely and exactly as we'd expected for a complete 'flop and drop' and escape from busy lives. Although I've commented on things we didnt like it was a great place to visit and we would go again.

We had mosquitoes in our room even though we'd been extremely careful in keeping the front screen door shut and going in and out quickly (I killed 8 in one evening). It's definitely a place you need to use insect repellent all the time which we did, but I was still bitten. Our bed wasnt made up on our second day whereas our friends was. We didnt understand this inconsistency when we were one of only 3 rooms occupied at the resort at the time. The bar in the restaurant was poorly stocked and there was no Gin, and only 1 choice of white wine available. The pier out to sea is lovely, and has a small bar and seating. There were gaps in the woodwork which could cause accidents and need fixing. Our friends room had a bad blocked drain smell in their bathroom, but ours was fine.
