Location and late check in and friendly/helpful front desk attendant.

Mold at ceiling repair in living room, cracked coffee table glass, blood and semen on upstairs sheets, hole in dining room screen, corner repair on stair , grass needs mowed, carpet repair at living room entrance.

The front desk staff are very nice

The place definatly needs updating and some maintenance. ((wall paper falling off wall - oven did not work -- toilet seat was broke- lighting in bathroom did not work -----the biggest complaint was access to the lake. they have 2 clusters of chalets, access area to lake for fishing without having to walk through 2 ft high weeds would have been nice. the wild life interaction (deer) was amazing, the kids really enjoyed that, fishing in the lake was good caught some nice size bass, catties and crappies --- the pool was huge and good, playground for the kids was good, chalet was a good size, it was basically clean. FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION (NEXT TO POCONOS PARK I would stay here again . ((((WHAT THIS PLACE WAS AND COULD BE))))

ACCESS TO THE LAKE WAS HORRIBLE--- knock down the dilapidated eyesore buildings --- do a quick Maintenace check before renting ((toilet seat))) --- check in time 7pm on Fridays makes no sense --

I did like the location, it was very close to the concert venue

Very, very dated. The whole place needs to be fully renovated. Nothing is new or updated , it is lost in the 80’s.

The chalet was very cozy and pool was great.

I couldnt figure out the wifi. And used up all my mobile data

Bedroom needs new TV
