The overall setting was really nice

Msny services were not avsilsble (e.g. masssge) because of low season. But this was not mentioned when booking. When we arrived at breakfast, well within schedule, there was hardly anything left. Oversll the personel was not helpful nor responsive, very unususl for Vietnam

They dont have twin bed but thats no problem

The property was amazing. You are surrounded by beautiful mountains views from every view point. It was well maintained relaxing environment.

This place is an awesome is you have the money and time during the Ha giang loop! The view from the pool was awesome, after like 4pm we had the pool to ourselves. They have tennis and football field. The bungalows were amazing. The inside is very cool and the AC in the rooms is nice. Just be careful if you’re drunk getting down or up the stairs 😂. Additionally, the restaurant food was delicious and they have nice wine.

The poolside can be slippery. They could add a small bar by the pool but I don’t know if it’ll be necessary since it’s not that busy. Also, they could add more drinks to the dinner menu
