Jungle Bell Resort

Breakfast was good, hoped to get complimentary breakfast but had to pay for it.

Transparency should be better from owner's part, booked a deluxe room, but there is no mention about deluxe room is a non- ac room. Called up the contact person, he didn't receive and does not have the minimum courtesy to call back.

There's not much to like about this property. The dinner was just fine and the garden was just okay.

The location of the resort is far from the main road so it is difficult to buy anything, especially at night. The parking space is too small, where only 2 cards can park at a time. The receptionist and other staff always put on a glum face and were not always very hospitable. The receptionist asked too many personal questions. The wifi network at the rooms are not very strong and that would not bring me back here anymore as there are better resorts in Lataguri at this price range.

Ambience is good.

No arrangement for food.

We arrived in the middle of monsoon with heavy rainfall. The staff tried their best to cater to our requests and needs. The rooms are comfortable. The TV worked well and thank god for hot showers after a long trip on the road.

We had to find a different route to reach the hotel due to a blocked road from water flood. The wifi was down due to the weather. The bathrooms could have been cleaner.
