Green Velvet Resort-Near Pawna Lake

Food was on point. Breakfast buffet spread was just ok ok. A la carte orders were great. Became a fan of their aloo Paratha.

Nice n clean property. Spacious and tidy cottage with all modern amenities. Food and service very good. Beautiful lake and mountain view and mesmerising sunset view from cottage especially from the balcony,.. Birds chirping in the morning.

Cleanliness, Staff support is good. Restaurant is clean and food is good. they prepared customized food keeping allergy related issues..

Gaming zone is in poor condition. TT rackets broken, Gaming Room is messy and not clean at all. Swimming pool is small sized. Apart from small swimming pool and view there is nothing for kids and family.

Staff was cordial and prompt on any request. The location had nice scenic view. Had a pleasant time.

Travelling was hectic . No proper road . Complete mess in travelling . No protein food in breakfast.As such management is ok. But no way good in hospitality or service

Breakfast was disappointing. Definitely not 3 star standard. There were 4 veg options where the preparation was average. Recommend that when the occupancy is low, ask the occupants for choice in advance than offer a buffet. Tandoor was not activated on one day. hence, a lot of dishes were off menu. Occcupants are advised to take care of their belongings. Umbrellas should be provided to customers. There was only one umbrella in the resort.
