Location very close to Pawna lake. Board games, table tennis and badminton available. Attentive staff. Food was good.

It rained at night and flooded the bedroom and living room because windows had leaks. That should be repaired. The 3 bedroom villa is at a height and 10-15 feet above ground level and accessible only through stairs. Not suitable for senior citizens.
