Food menu not up to mark very limited and very un professional staff Only rooms near restaurant and reception area is good .Rest all room you have to climb a mountain they provide u jeep but if u want to enjoy the amenities there jeep driver will say my duty is till 10 pm you go by walking. Also u can enjoy only reception area rest away rooms u have to be in rooms only u can sit outside. Also if your AC stop working in night they will say we don't have maintenance guy he will come tomorrow morning and check. Luckily my Ac started again .Good property but no management specially restaurant food and menu .Food is not at all good only oily papad they serve is deep in oil i ask for other he say this is only i have i am not allowed to bring new unless the buffe counter is finish haha great management.

Rooms and toilet was so bad

Absolutely nothing to like about the property, it was a huge scam in which we lost 47000 rs. They gave us a cheap room after paying for the costlier room and did not take measures to refund even after noticing it was their mistake. Receptionist Mr.Bopannam was drunk while at work and was very rude. They did not cancel the stay in the app in order to not return our money. We left from their the very next morning. Really bad experience. I hope booking.com takes severe action against them.

It was very unhygienic, there where different kinds of worms coming through the bathroom drain. Bathrooms where very dirty. And they had given us a very bad room, the rooms are really old and outdated. Photoshopped fake images are given in website to lure and scam people in, and they have uploaded images of 1 good room and made it available to book as 2 rooms.
