This is not about not liking.. but improvement in terms of offering welcome drink can be a game changer..

The hotel staff were good and resort was also average. The amount of money charged was not worth the resort otherwise it's a good place to stay and relax

The location and view of the resort is good but the rooms can be more good as the amount charged are almost 5 star hotel rates.

Very nice place n location. Scenic the log houses n tree top rooms are great for young and the youth.. Good breakfast and dinner spread

The resort is at the end of a trail in the lap of the nature. Quite exclusive in the area with no noise or traffic. The hotel is in a large property which allows you to trek/hike and go around in the lush green plantations. The staff was very friendly always greeting with a smile and ready to help with your requestes. The owner himself was available on the campus to hear you out and a very friendly person. We booked the cottage and it was a decent room with balcony having views of the plantation. They have some tree houses as well which I found very interesting. The breakfast was good with Indian and continental spread. The staff provided us items on request which were not in buffet like omlette/dosa, etc. Indulge in great coffee from the area as it was flavorful and refreshing. They have bonnfire and lot of spaces to sit out and connect with friends family, enjoy the swings, hammocks and swimming pool. It lacked a bar, but the restaurant staff helped with snacks and glasses for us to enjoy a drink inside our villa.

Wifi was unusable which I liked as it allowed us to enoy the nature and the property. The bed could have been better as it looked a little beat up and old for a resort like this.
