The hotel staff is very courteous and it felt like a family. They adjusted their timings for us since we would be out travelling and reach late for lunch. I would rate PCR very highly on being child friendly as they would customise their meals for kids as per requirement. Their nature walk and evening bon fire are not to be missed. If one wants to have a quiet, peaceful holiday amidst nature then this is the best place.

It's quite far away from Madikeri so if the itninerary includes a lot of sightseeing then this place may be very far away.

The staff were really friendly and we enjoyed the indoor activities and amenities.

The roads to the property were really bad. Otherwise we enjoyed and loved everything about the resort.
