"Spectacular but pricey"

The premium room was beautiful. Incredible views, so much space. The private beach and pool were amazing. It was so relaxing and as we visited in off season it wasn’t too busy. The breakfast was also really nice and service was super helpful and friendly.

The price of food and drinks were a bit ridiculous. I would expect higher prices for a 5 star hotel but the buffet restaurant for dinner was awful. Il borro was ok for dinner but 2 courses and a bottle of wine cost £250. The surrounding area is also not the best, there are nicer parts of Crete.

I liked the nice staff

I asked for a room close to the sea and instead I got the most distant room of the hotel , from the beach. And When I asked to be relocated they said that the hotel is fully activated even though it was not so.
