Sunrise Resort Hotel

I've been staying in this hotel for three years in the row now:). It is very lovely hotel. Plenty to do and to see. Great big territory with amazing plant selection. It is like little oasis. You can wonder between two hotels which are on the same territory and use swimming pools, restaurant etc. Do check out the sunrise from the terrace of the hotel next door!!!!The access to the beach very convenient. Always plenty of spaces to choose from and no need for towel fighting to secure your spot:)). Rooms are very nice and clean with mini bar full with water, juice, beer. Bathroom have all the little perks like shampoo, soap etc. Beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (if you choose a sea view room). Animation in the evening is superb!! Starting with entertainment for the children, following with program for the adults. They do amazing job!! Thank you team!!! One of the reason I am coming back to this hotel is the service!!! Thank you so much everyone for taking great care. Restaurant team, reception, bar, cocktail making person (such an interesting and tasty cocktails!!), housekeeping, chefs - everyone - you are doing amazing job!!! You can visit old town of Side which is 20 min away by taxi. You can order your taxi from the hotel. Cost 50 euro return. They take you there and pick up after. Very comfortable taxi. Highly recommend and the staff very friendly and professional. but the taxi is really. Plenty of different variety of food in the restaurant to choose from. Thank again for amazing stay.

Absolutely delightful in every way; gorgeous sea + beach, super energetic staff and entertainment (we loved Oskar!), stunning greenery, comfortable rooms. Would definitely return…

3 of us (me, my mom and my brother) went to this hotel for a week and it was a wonderful and an unforgettable experience. Let's break it down: 1) location& territory: it was a 2 hour ride from the airport with a stop by a local cafe, the overall location is great with shops, pharmacies and a mall in a walking distance, you can get a taxi and get to wherever you want and need. The territory of the hotel was cozy and comfortable with lots of plants and trees, it was nice taking a stroll there. Also a great advantage was that you can visit the Starlight hotel. 1. food: everything was delicious with various dishes, most of the meals were different every day, I really enjoyed it. Everyone could definitely find something for themselves. 2. Activities: my favourite became swimming on sup boards in the morning and playing beach volleyball. The animator team was truly the best, especially Stas and Vlad, they made the holiday ten times better. Besides that, there are a lot more activities to choose from, like yoga, aquo gym, zumba and etc. Without these activities the holiday would be boring. Either additional fees you can go horse riding or play tennis. 3. Beach: sea temperature was really nice, the beach was always clean and no shortage of sun beds, the only thing is that in the morning there were sometimes big waves but for us that wasn't a problem. You could always go in the water from the pier. 4. There were shows every evening and night, so you won't be able to get bored for sure, also a few days a week you can visit a beach party, a pool party and a party at the night club which are amazing. Entertainment for children was also good. 5. the only slightly disappointing thing was the hotel room, it is a bit worn out and needs renovation. The overall experience was amazing and I would definitely recommend this hotel to people of any age with or without kids because everyone can find something great for themselves in this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely perfect. Great for everything, families or couples. The food is so great, the internet is amazing, the pools and aquaparks are amazing. The staff is very very nice, they are so friendly and understand many languages! The best staff is Ayse who is a life guard and she is very very nice and friendly and will help you a log. She is very active too and is the best lifeguard.

Staying in this hotel was amazing, super friendly, polite and kind staff. I just want to say thanks, especially to the children’s animation, girls from Toucan were amazing! Thanks.

Our holiday was enjoyable and this is the hotel we would consider going back to. The meals were good, the beach was very close, the late night’s shows were astonishing. The kids’ club is very well designed, there are quite a few interesting activities for children going on. Indeed, we would criticize : 1) hotel rooms (sunrise hotel needs renovation) 2) master of ceremony (the host of entertainment shows). His jokes are strange and his manner of interacting is not okay. Bingo shows are boring and lengthy. 3) mini discos because they play repetitive songs every day. Presenters are not expressive, it seems like they cannot wait until this all ends. 4) starlight restaurant is over crowded.

We were denied check-in by the hotel because the supplier — a Turkish company — incorrectly assumed we were Iranian, even though we are not. Regardless of nationality, such treatment is inappropriate and discriminatory. Additionally, the reception staff's behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. They showed little willingness to assist us or communicate effectively, despite claiming to be proficient in English. To make matters worse, we were not allowed to stay in the reception area while trying to resolve the booking issue with the agency. This was because we refused to let the security guard take and keep our passports during our stay in the lobby — a completely unreasonable and unacceptable demand. This entire experience was both frustrating and disappointing. We hope this feedback is taken seriously to prevent similar treatment of other guests in the future.

Very nice service throughout the hotel but especially from the barmen - Serhat and Vahdet and Chef Selvut. The food was great the drinks even better. For quality long islands go to Serhat.

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Sunrise and Starlight Resort Hotel. This is our 2nd year in a row visiting the resort and cannot wait to visit again next year. Firstly, the staff are incredible, particularly the Entertainment team, led by Oskar, the main man and an extremely hard worker. The events and energy the whole team provide is the best I have ever experienced. There is always something to do at the hotel and the entertainment team take time to get to know their guests and make them feel welcome everyday. We particularly enjoyed the foam party where the team kept everyone entertained and involved. Good proper FUN!! Food was vast and great again. Lots of choice. Weather was perfect. Family and I were kept busy for the full 2 weeks and cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you have never been..GO!! The photos on most websites do not do the place justice..the grounds are impeccable. The pools, restaurants all amazing!! To all the staff, thank you again and keep up the good work!!!

The facility is very good, and staff are very nice.

Food is not good at all, there are many options but not tasty that you would expect. They may use some sort of agent to reduce appetite of the guests. If they can focus more on the food test the place will be one of the best places in the world.
