The pool and caravan was lovely. Food at the pub was delicious

The location is the site is great, about 30 minute walk into Barmouth. The caravan itself is in an amazing spot on the site with a beautiful view. The site is very family friendly with a park, football goals and swimming pool.

Nothing to dislike just we struggled with how hot the caravan was at night even with keeping the windows open all day.

The view from the caravan was amazing the pub was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The terrace by the pub was great to sit and look at the sunset. The pool was great, lovely views and benches to sit. Full size fridge and freezer which we loved! Weather was boiling so to be able to have a bag of ice was helpful. We were given a fan in the van as the temp was 34° when we arrived. Lovely terrace area fenced in for the dog.

The terrace by the caravan had balls of dog hair blowing about, this stuck to my shopping bag with food in. There was also a lot of large dog hairs in the van, particularly in the kitchen area. The terrace is overlooked by the vans behind. This was ok the first night, but our last night it was too hot to be inside, there was a party with shouting on one side behind, which went on till after 12 and a couple sat on their terrace smoking weed. The smell filled the van as we had to have the windows open. This upset my daughter. The first night the wifi would not work on my daughter's phone, she is autistic which caused a meltdown, we tried the tv, but nothing. Would only accept our itv x account. Did message Booking.com but got no response. Also there is a small gap under the caravan from next door and their dog kept coming underneath. This really needs blocking up.

Clean and fresh. Good location and facilities were of good quality. It was quiet and peaceful even around the pool

Beware while booking caravan, they advertise as a pet friendly but when you book Platinum they will downgrade you to bronze. Absolutely scam and when you complain it is booking.com fault. And offer you £20 while Platinum and Bronze difference is over £100.
