The views were amazing

Didn't expect the layout. So the balcony is, you have to go out of the property and go up stairs at the back. There is no balcony directly off/attached to the apartment. Was still lovely. But if you had small children with you, you can't say put them to bed then go sit in hot tub as you aren't in the actual property. So the lodges would be better in this situation. Other than that it was amazing.

The caravan itself was a great space. Great views of the coast from where we were - a great way to wake up in the morning.

Amazing sea view, lovely clean and warm when we arrived, a nicely equipped and modern caravan

Booked for x5 people in a 6 person caravan but only 3 duvets were provided and cost £15 extra, and no kids menu at the Bay restaurant but it's advertised as family freindly

A very well maintained caravan site, we stayed on the first lane so hard unobstructed beautiful views of the sea. All facilities worked perfectly and the 2bed caravan was very spacious

Caravan was clean and had an ample welcome pack.

No parking near to the van.

2 bedroom caravan which was very clean and tidy with reasonable amount of cupboard space. It had a nice view over the sea. Kitchen was fairly well equipped and there were plenty of glasses. All staff we met were helpful and friendly particularly in the restaurant where we enjoyed a Sunday lunch ( nice with the puddings being very nice). There is a dog walking area, outdoor pool, and children’s play area. If you want to walk into Barmouth it’s easy to do by a short walk and path down to the seafront.
