"Lovely time in amazing location"

Very nice place..and peacocks are bonus!! A lot of to do in the nearest distance ( max 30 minutes of drive). Evening in the hot tub to relax it's a amazing day finish .

"We were very pleased with the cabins, amongst the best I have used, very relaxing, perfect!"

the cabins were excellent, very clean, tidy, well fitted, a really nice relaxing atmosphere.

Access to the restaurant could have been quicker is a gate was available, but had to go a long way around to get to it.

Staff friendly on arrival, lodge was spotless, very spacious and well equipped, New bar restaurant on site and a short walk to village pub...had a small issue with tv but was sorted promptly, nice peaceful spot, penrith and Carlisle just a short drive away... definitely return...

No kitchen blind.. Hot tub a bonus but no privacy fencing had been broken in wind but not repaired... otherwise all good...

Great base location for days out exploring to come back to or even if you just wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle compact & everything you need at hand very clean & very cosy great showers comfy bed fabulous hot tub & outdoor space we stayed in a micro pod exceptional views of horse field and great for spotting the squirrels in the trees fabulous mountains in the distance and beautiful peacocks whom roam freely around there’s a beautiful restaurant /bar on site for drinks & food the NOSH last but not least Marcus is a great host and answers questions you may have

We loved this place hard to think of anything we didn’t like maybe take an extension as not many plug sockets
