Жили на первом этаже. Воняло плесенью, от этого болела голова. Не было окна, не хватало солнечного света. Постельное белье было сырым. Людям астматик категорически нельзя в данной комнате проживать.

When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff and a welcome drink. The atmosphere of the room was very relaxing and the beds were the softest that we have slept in in Asia. For breakfast they have a few different selections available, both western and Asian which you can choose to eat in your room, the garden or their little café. The food was delicious and so fresh. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were so helpful and kind. They helped me book last minute transport to Mae Kampong, with one of the staff even running down the street to hail down a car for me. They were a bit concerned with the slippery mountain roads and even sent me a message to check that I got there safely. When we sat at the pool, they brought out some mosquito repellent, water and fruit for free. The location is perfect. Right across the road from the Old City and walking distance to a lot, however the rooms were set back from the road so it isn't really loud. I cannot fault the staff or anything at Villa Alanna. They set the bar high for the other places that we stayed at in Thailand. 10/10. Although the price was a bit high, given we stayed during the Loi Krathong festival, I would definitely stay there again.

服務非常好進門辦理入住就有迎賓茶點可享用，房間寬敞又舒適，在陽台吹著微風泡澡真的太放鬆了！設備齊全，連廚房都有，非常方便。早餐還能選擇喜歡的地點享用，體驗感滿分。

偶爾會聽到一些馬達聲或開關門的小噪音，但完全不影響我對這間飯店的喜愛。

아름다운 정원에서 아주 훌륭하게 차려진 아침식사를 먹었습니다. 여러 가지 메뉴 중 고를 수 있어서 좋았고 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 침구가 고급스럽고 소품 하나하나에서 정성이 느껴졌습니다.

풀장 물이 좀 차가워서 실제로 이용하기가 어려웠지만 풀장 옆에 누워 있는 것만으로 좋았습니다.

방은 정말 넓고 커요. 시설도 괜찮고 방만 보면 럭셔리한듯 합니다 세탁기가 있고 세제도 주셔서 빨래 잘 했어요 직원분들도 너무너무 친절하고요(프런트에 남자분 특히)

수로변에 제일 차 많이 다니는데 바로 앞에 호텔이 있어서 정말 시끄러워요 새벽4시에도 차가 지나다닙니다 귀에 휴지라도 안 꽂으면 절대 못 자요 조식이 따로 없어서 하루 돈내고 시켜먹었는데 맛있는 편이 아닌 것 같아요 그리고 수영장도 아침 7시~저녁 7시여서 이용하기 힘든 것 같아요 크기도 생각보다 작고요 중요한 건 샤워 한번만 해도 샤워 필터가 더러워진다는 거에요 전 숙소에 비해서 더러워지는 속도가 너무 빨라서 놀랐어요 가격에 비해서는 많이 아쉬운 숙소입니다
