I like that it is near to a lot of amenities and it is located in a centralised area which I can get from places to places. It is quiet and serene. It offers the bustling city life while scenery of nature is a short distance away.

The toilet drainage might reek of odour from time to time.

員工很親切，飯店環境很美很舒適且乾淨，這次住的是頂樓三房的房型，三間衛浴空間也都很大，戶外的按摩浴缸也很棒! 空間很大，很適合家庭旅遊，缺點是沒有電梯，但入住及退房都有房務人員幫忙搬行李 早餐也可以加購送至房間享用，非常貼心

Super nice front desk Helped us to take the luggages upstairs to the room, even our shopping goods, and grab foods & drinks The room and the atmosphere is super amazing! Kids love the swimming pool even it’s not so big

It’s a bit far to walk to other places, shops, restaurants and massages etc.

員工非常友善，雖然語言不通但都能抓到我們要表達的意思，大廳的香氛味道非常舒服。 房間非常舒適，每天都很好睡，住兩房一廳的房型，有客廳與小廚房，方便大家一起吃零食聊天，最重要的是有洗衣機，在7-11買了小包裝的洗衣精，每天都可以把汗臭衣服洗乾淨，回家不用整理這麼多髒衣服的感覺真好。

其中一間房間冷氣有股霉味，但還可以接受。

편안한 침대, 매우 청결하며, 가족실 구비 되어있습니다 가족들이 모두 너무 좋아했습니다 여행이 너무 편안했습니다 직원분들이 너무 친절하셨습니다

금액이 조금 비싸네요 조식포함이긴 해도 4인가족 1박에 35만원대 였습니다...

房間寬敞舒適，設備也齊全，工作人員也親切

沒有電梯稍微不方便

This was a cozy villa for a group of three.

The room was spotless, specious and comfortable. The kitchenette was a Nice to have, as it allowed us to buy some fruits and salads for snacks and light dinners when needed. Super friendly staff, specially E who made our breakfast extra special everyday, Fern, who was always attentive and caring about our comfort and needs, and Phoe, who's smile and friendliness made us feel at home. Really everyone was super nice. Just don't remember all their names. We got to spend Thai New Year's Festival, Songkran, at Chian Mai. What a wonderful experience! And the hotel location is perfect for being right in the fun! Will definitely return to Chiang Mai and Villa Alana. Thank youuuu.
